They are on the lookout for confident and driven Sales Consultants to drive sales on their premium developments in some of the South East's most desirable locations including Ascot, White Waltham, Beaconsfield and Tonbridge.
This is more than a sales role - it's an exciting opportunity to deliver an exceptional journey for their customers, showcasing their high-specification and award-winning homes.
About You:
* Solid experience in New Homes Sales, either running your own development or working as part of a high-performing site team.
* The ability to work weekends on a rota basis, with free weekends off to enjoy.
* Naturally proactive and organised, juggling multiple sales and priorities with ease.
* Detail-obsessed and passionate about ensuring your customers have a first-class experience at every stage of the journey.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of hitting (or exceeding) sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the New Homes Quality Code is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
