Title: Kitchen and Restaurant Health and Safety Supervisor
Salary: £30,274 per annum (FTE). This will be prorated down to 40 Weeks Term Time only contract. The post is 35 hours per week over 40 weeks.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our great college as a Kitchen and Restaurant Manager. You will provide effective and efficient support for the Hospitality programmes within the College, together with being responsible for the management of the restaurant and bar, food stores and stock control within the department.
For the successful candidate, you will have a Level 2 qualification in hospitality, or relevant area. You must have an up to date Food Safety and Hygiene certificate at level 2. You should also have proven experience in a professional or kitchen environment, with some experience of supervising a kitchen and stick control. The successful candidate will have a collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, together with excellent oral and written communication skills.
