Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Location: Remote in UK – Travel to customer sites as required
3 month rolling contract, outside IR35

What you’ll do
Our Technical Consultants build high quality ServiceNow solutions, while providing advice and guidance on all matters relating to ServiceNow implementation and technical best practice.
* Deliver high quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements
* Take responsibility for design and development of ServiceNow solutions from requirements specified by Process Consultants, while working with other Consultants for guidance.
* Create high quality, and maintainable, ServiceNow configuration, customisation and code with appropriate documentation and testing.
* Contribute to and utilise Centre of Excellence and Customer implementation standards.
* Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements, as necessary.
* Utilise all sources of information and collaborate with colleagues to find the best solution for the customer requirements.
* Contribute to Centre of Excellence standards, training, mentoring.
What You'll Need
* Over 2 years of experience in similar roles within the ServiceNow ecosystem
* Possess ServiceNow Certifications in-line with experience – System Administrator, Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and other areas.
* Good experience in ServiceNow implementation, including in depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s functionality, database structure, developer APIs, development tools and techniques.
* A strong desire to help others by sharing knowledge, peer reviewing, and contributing to technical and process standards
* Work well within a team, report issues and risks, take part in team meetings, share ideas and work towards improving our service.
* Excellent written & verbal communication with customers to understand and to influence.
* A strong background drawn from one of the following:
* Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
* Experience in tech stacks for Web development & software engineering with an ability to cross-train to new technologies and languages.
* Demonstrable experience in ITIL, ITSM or similar with in-depth knowledge of Service Management tools.
