Role may be Hybrid or Remote, subject to location. We are seeking a Product Proposition Analyst to work closely with the Product Management team to research and support the development of business cases for new developments, analyzing the competitive landscape, opportunities, costs, and pricing strategy.
This role can be hybrid from any of our offices within the UK (50% in Office). However, for the initial training period, attendance at our Bracknell office is expected to facilitate learning and collaboration.
The individual will support Management teams in Revenues & Benefits and Central Government to define and implement go-to-market strategies for products. Responsibilities include product and competitor research, business case development, price modeling, developing USPs and market messaging, supporting product launch plans and collateral, customer engagement, ongoing sales support, reference site development, and more.
* Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop compelling USPs and messaging.
* Support internal product launch activities, ensuring teams understand the proposition and messaging, and produce collateral like 'What You Need to Know' documents, slides, and pricing guides.
* Conduct research on competitors, market sizing, trends, and policy changes.
* Assist in developing external product launch plans to generate leads.
* Maximize customer engagement through integrated communication plans, including events, case studies, and blogs.
* Create content for sales and marketing campaigns, such as presentation materials, videos, newsletters, brochures, etc.
* Support the production and approval of release bulletins and internal briefings.
* Assist sales with bid responses, proposals, and quotations as needed.
* Manage NEC product roadmaps and the product catalog.
* Develop content for the Customer Portal and analyze customer and sales data to inform business planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Strong interpersonal and management skills.
* Experience in product analysis within local and/or central government sectors.
* Background in the IT sector.
* Ability to produce clear, engaging written materials for diverse audiences.
* Understanding of IT and software development lifecycle.
* Experience in product marketing, launch management, competitor analysis, and market research.
* UK Driving License and ability to obtain National Non Police Vetting and Government SC security clearance.
