You’ll be at the heart of communities, delivering support where it’s needed most.
You will:
1. Deliver engaging group sessions and drop-in support for children, parents, and families
2. Work in Family Hubs, community venues, and outreach settings, including mobile information vehicles
3. Support the design and delivery of creative, needs-led programmes that promote early learning, health, and wellbeing
4. Build strong relationships with families, helping them feel confident, supported, and empowered
5. Work alongside partners and colleagues to deliver a joined-up approach to early help

37 and 29.6 and 22.2 hour posts in Fylde / Wyre, and Hyndburn / Ribble Valley
This position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, the salary received will be paid on a pro–rata basis.
