They are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their Change Management department. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic projects that directly influence the successful operation and evolution of legal services.Role & Responsibilities* Lead and manage extensive Information Technology change projects including infrastructure, Information Technology change initiatives, and Management Information & Data projects.* Design and implement effective change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.* Collaborate with various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives and consistent understanding of project goals.* Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, offering insightful analysis of risks, time lines, and project completion forecasts.* Manage resources, schedules, financial, and adhere to stage gate quality and legal industry standards throughout the full systems development life cycle.* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the information technology landscape of the company.Key Skills* Proven experience in managing Information Technology infrastructure and change projects within a legal or similar rigorous environment.* Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, preferentially with a formal project management certification.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.* Experience in Management Information systems and data project management.* Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.* Strategic, analytic, and critical thinking skills are essential; must be able to tackle complex problems effectively.
