Requirements
* Proven experience in an Ofsted-regulated childrens home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Level 5 qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards it
* Confident leader with sound knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
* Resilient, supportive, and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for young people
