As our new Senior Manager – Sales Operations, you will lead and elevate our operations team and be responsible for setting and executing the operational strategy in alignment with the company’s overarching goals. You will play a key role in driving process excellence, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless delivery across all operational functions to support business growth in the dynamic software resale market.
Key responsibilities will include
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Identifying, designing, and implementing best-in-class operational processes and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
* Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Customer Success and IT, to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of business operations
* Ensuring operational compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations
* Leading and supporting change initiatives to improve operational capability and responsiveness to market demands
Your Competencies
* Proven experience in a senior operational role within a service provider or resell organization
* 5 years’ experience in a similar role, sales operations focused
* In-depth understanding of business operations, process design, and systems integration
* Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience

* You are a strong strategic thinker and have planning abilities with a track record in aligning team objectives with company goals
* You have demonstrable experience in managing and developing teams
* You possess excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
