Field Sales Executive – Heineken UK – Leeds

We’re recruiting Field Sales Executives to represent Heineken, one of the world's most iconic brands, across grocery and convenience stores. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their sales career who wants to learn, develop, and grow with a global brand.


Key Responsibilities

* Visit a range of grocery and convenience retailers within your territory.
* Build positive relationships with store managers and teams.
* Support the execution of Heineken promotions and campaigns.
* Ensure products are available, visible, and merchandised correctly.
* Identify sales opportunities and improve in‑store performance.
* Represent Acosta and Heineken with enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism.


Requirements

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Natural influencer with commercial instincts.
* Target‑driven, competitive, and resilient.
* Confident communicating with all levels – from store staff to managers.
* Organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
* Tech‑savvy and able to report activity.
* Full UK manual driving licence.
* FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus – not essential.
