We are recruiting an experienced Machine Operative Nights to join a Timber manufacturer in Hull (HU12). This is a fantastic opportunity that offers stability and great pay (up to £13/hr).

Monday to Thursday 5pm-5am
Start date / Duration
The Machine Operative Nights role will commence with immediate effect; however, if you have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long‑term work and will lead to a permanent position.
Job description
As a Machine Operative Nights you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing and finishing equipment, ensuring quality compliance. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
* Operating crosscut, maintaining printing and finishing equipment: Run all machines with precision and efficiency.
* Maintaining high‑quality standards: Monitor materials closely to ensure they meet compliance and quality requirements.
* Ensuring proper equipment maintenance: Keep machines in top condition while preventing product defects.
* Following health and safety guidelines: Work safely and responsibly, adhering to all company safety procedures and policies.
The successful candidate
To be considered for the position of a Machine Operative Nights you must:
* 2+ years of hands‑on experience with machine operating
* A keen eye for accuracy when printing, inspecting, and finishing products.
* Clear written and verbal skills to collaborate with your team.
* Transport is required.
