Salary: £85 - £100 per day

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in a dynamic secondary school in Manchester. This role involves working closely with students who require additional learning support, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing tailored assistance.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans.
* Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students.

* Experience in a similar role or working with children/young people is advantageous.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Empathetic, patient, and nurturing approach.
