Role Responsibilities
* Provide technical business partnering in monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, focusing on process efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Take ownership of month-end reporting, including analysis and reporting packs.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises, consolidate financial submissions, and incorporate them into medium-term financial plans.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial advice and developing reporting.
* Support the production of accurate year-end accounts, maintain financial controls, and undertake audit activities.
* Ensure data integrity in Oracle (Fusion and EPM) and collaborate with the Business System Support team to develop reporting and improve processes.
* Ensure compliance with Managing Public Money principles.
Candidate Requirements
* AAT Qualified or actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualification.
* Experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within an accountancy environment.
* Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
* Effective communicator, confident in stakeholder collaboration.
