This independent agency in Manchester has seen its AV client base grow fast, and they're now hiring a
Planning Manager
to lead campaign planning across TV, VOD, and CTV.
You'll be part of the wider planning team (not siloed), working alongside the Head of Planning, Trading Director, and Account Leads — all of whom get AV and will support you from day one.
This role is based in MediaCityUK — home to the BBC, ITV, and the UK's top media infrastructure (plus one of Europe's fastest fibre networks). You'll work in a fast-moving environment with proper ownership, no layers of hierarchy, and a team that genuinely values what AV can do.
What you'll do:
* Plan and manage campaigns across TV, VOD, and CTV
* Handle everything from TV calcs and scheduling to broadcaster liaison and reporting
* Optimise delivery with smarter, greener AV plans
* Contribute ideas and insight as part of a collaborative, tight-knit team
What they're looking for:
* 1–2+ years in AV planning — TV is a must
* Comfortable building plans and running the numbers (not just managing delivery)
* Strong communicator who can work across teams and with clients
