We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, who is looking for a Credit Controller to join their high-performing finance team at their Head Office in Hinckley. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Our client is a large, successful service provider with offices across the UK. They are seeking someone with finance administration experience, the right attitude towards work, a willingness to learn and grow with the business, and who is a team player.
Typical Duties Will Include
1. Running the billing process for local authority and private clients
2. Producing monthly customer statements
3. Consolidated billing
4. Sales invoicing
5. Collections
6. Payment allocations and chasing
7. Dealing with customers via phone, letter, and email
8. Adhoc accounts administration
Ideal Candidates
1. Have experience working in a fast-paced accounting administration position
2. Previously worked with large volumes of invoices
3. Have a "can do" approach and are team players
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Strong IT skills, including accounting software and Excel
