Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the Portsmouth area of Hampshire that is seeking to appoint a dedicated Teacher of Religious Studies to join their team from September 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking Religious Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to explore a range of beliefs and ethical issues. The role requires strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a passion for supporting students’ academic and personal development. While the primary focus is on Religious Studies, the ability to contribute to the teaching of History and Sociology would be highly advantageous, offering greater flexibility within the humanities faculty.
