We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Psychotherapist ready to grow and thrive in a collaborative, child-centred environment. You’ll be working with children and young people ages 4-19 with a range of needs, collaborating closely with education and clinical colleagues to support engagement and meaningful outcomes.
In this exciting role, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment, and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs.
You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Psychotherapy clinical duties, you will adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines, carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions, and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. A significant element of this role will be working alongside the onsite clinical team to continue to develop the clinical service provision, including providing support and training to staff and parents.

Recognised degree in Counselling or Psychotherapy, and registered with appropriate professional body - BACP or NCPC, plus HCPC where applicable - (Creative/Arts)
Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
complex trauma, neurodevelopmental differences, mental health needs)
Ability to work independently as agreed under supervision
Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
