We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen a growing agency’s search and performance offering across a diverse range of client accounts, predominantly B2B.

Burnley / 4 days office, 1 day from home
Salary up to £40k
Reporting into the talented Head of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about results, not just activity, and enjoys understanding how SEO, PPC, tracking, content, and user experience all connect to drive performance. The core of the role is SEO, but they are looking for someone with wider channel experience.
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage and improve SEO activity across multiple client accounts
* Use tools like GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio & SEMrush
* Support on PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and performance tracking
* Identify opportunities to improve traffic quality, leads and conversions
* Deliver clear, commercially focused reporting and insights
* Collaborate with design, dev and marketing teams to improve overall performance
What we’re looking for:
* Strong hands-on SEO experience, with some PPC knowledge
* Experience in prior digital marketing or performance roles
* Confident working with data and turning insight into actionA problem-solver focused on outcomes, not just outputs
* Comfortable working across multiple clients and teams
