Role Context
Exciting new premium fast-food brand; a highly exciting and rare Franchise Sales Manager opportunity as the brand grows. The Franchise Development Manager will join a senior team of hospitality professionals on a mission to scale UK stores through franchising and property acquisition. This role requires a highly driven, ambitious, and commercially minded franchise manager.
Responsibilities
* Franchisee Recruitment: Identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality franchise partners to accelerate growth of the estate.
* Site Acquisition: Working with franchise partners and landlords to identify and secure prime locations aligned with growth strategy.
* Commercial Negotiation: Managing commercial and contractual discussions with franchise partners and property agents to secure best outcomes.
* Network Growth Strategy: Collaborating with the MD to develop and execute a plan for rapid multi-site expansion across key UK cities and regions.

Requirements / Qualifications
