We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Grays (RM17 6QF). This role could be the perfect match for you!
What does this role involve:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
You will inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer experience that reflects our values. Your contributions to the store's success include:
* Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
* Achieving sales targets
* Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
* Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
* Supporting recruitment and development of volunteers
* Meeting expectations within campaign activities
* Collaborating with the manager to generate stock
Our stores operate in a fast-paced environment, trading 7 days a week, requiring flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. You will work 5 out of 7 days per week.
Due to the volume of donations, the role can be physically demanding but rewarding, as you contribute to funding life-saving research.
