Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will support the care team in delivering high-quality personal care to residents, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. Your duties include monitoring residents' wellbeing, implementing and evaluating care plans, assisting with medication, and supervising and developing care staff. You will act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that all reasonable requests are addressed and concerns are escalated appropriately.

Job responsibilities
* Supporting residents with personal care and daily activities.
