We are looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join our team, supporting the Scheduler in coordinating care services while ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients.
This role will be carried out on a full time basis at our Leek office, working Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm with additional out of hours working as part of an on-call rota.
We are offering a salary of £27,500.

Responsibilities:
* Support the Scheduler in organising client visits
* Assist with day-to-day changes, including covering sickness, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments
* Communicate schedule changes promptly to Care Professionals and clients as required
* Help maintain small, consistent care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
* Build positive relationships with clients and Care Professionals
* Collaborate with the Care, Client Services, and Quality Teams to help resource care packages efficiently
* Be part of the on-call rota, and do client visits during on-call when required
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in a care setting
* Very confident using computers and able to quickly learn new IT systems
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
* Excellent communicator and strong team player
* Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
* Must have a full driving licence and access to own vehicle
