Broughton Group in Hadleigh is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-regarded nursing home. In this role, you will lead and support the care team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered to residents.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with an active pin and prior experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager. A QCF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care is preferred.
