Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Operations Dispatcherto work for a pharmaceutical organisation in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
Role: Operations Dispatcher
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire
Hours: Rotate on a weekly basis to select 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00.
Key Responsibilities of the Operations Dispatcher:
* Order Fulfilment - Process orders for shipment.
* Pick & pack stock items by batch number and quantity.
* Complete daily stock checks.
* Ensure stock is accurately maintained and replenished within the allocated pick boxes and to the correct quantity.
* Highlight low level stock items for re-order.
* Responsible for the general cleaning and tidying of assigned packing station throughout the shift and at the close of the day.
* Goods receipt, ensuring the product is as ordered, undamaged, marked correctly and then stored in the appropriate location.
* Basic Excel data entry to generate accurate reports throughout the day.
About you:
* Computer literate (Word, Excel).
* Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
