Your responsibilities: Advocate and influence the commitment to people and food safety through the development and enforcement of working practices in line with legislative, company and working procedures. Manage the development and implementation of tools, techniques and technologies employed to deliver reliability focused asset care for out kit and equipment. Coach and mentor others and be proactive in the delivery of the highest standard of asset care through the application of best practice, developed knowledge and technical expertise. Coach others to effectively develop skills and knowledge of new processes and technologies to support sustainable asset performance. Develop diagnostic processes and data integrity to aide and facilitate problem solving in complex processes and systems. Essential: Apprenticeship or equivalent level of training in multiple engineering disciplines (Advanced Automation & Control). Higher learning qualification in Engineering discipline (HND or equivalent degree) Demonstrable application of leadership principles and experience in managing small teams. Previous experience of working with automated equipment in FMCG Developed knowledge and understanding of enhanced asset care Demonstrable capability in the application of advanced fault finding tools & techniques Previous experience of working with steam boilers and systems Understanding of OEE of the impact of engineering Ability to develop knowledge in self and others.
