Responsibilities
* Drive end‑to‑end ownership: Own the complete hiring lifecycle for critical Product or Marketing roles.
* Act as a strategic partner: Collaborate with leaders to define job briefs, design assessments, and execute hiring plans.
* Generate high quality pipeline: Proactively source and engage top‑tier candidates, building strong talent pools.
* Build our employer brand: Elevate Beam’s brand to drive high top‑of‑funnel engagement with world‑class talent.
* Level up candidate experience: Ensure an unparalleled and positive experience for every individual.
* Deliver operational excellence: Expertly use our ATS (Ashby), leveraging data to track performance, report metrics, and suggest process improvements.
* Scale the Talent function: Play a leading role in developing and scaling frameworks as the company grows.
* Align hiring with strategy: Frame hiring plans with co‑founders and team leads to align with our operational goals.
