Service: Turnaround Residential Service
Hours: Full Time (Shift Work)
Shift pattern: 24/7 service, shifts on a set rota pattern
Salary: £26,076–£29,144
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing practical and emotional support.
* Encourage individuals to achieve personal outcomes in all aspects of daily life, including safety, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health, and wellbeing.
* Deliver focused services that address complex and interrelated issues of offending behaviour and problematic use of alcohol and drug use.
* Apply an asset‑based approach to increase self‑awareness, self‑esteem, and confidence, fostering self‑development and reflection.
Qualifications & Requirements
* IT skills are required for all vacancies.
* Successful candidates will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within six months of the start date.
