About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Student Immigration Compliance and Advice Officer to play a key role in supporting the university’s student immigration function. In this role you will provide immigration advice to students who require a visa to study in the UK. You will support UKVI compliance reporting and offer guidance to staff across faculties and professional services, ensuring that all activity aligns with UKVI immigration rules. You will contribute to both immigration advice and compliance activity, while taking a lead role in one of these key areas.

About you
You will bring:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to understand, interpret and explain complex regulations.
* Experience of providing advice and guidance.
* Proven experience of using databases, records system or enquiry management system.
* Experience of developing and maintaining effective administrative processes.
This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service’s Points Based System.
