As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to assist residents in maintaining their independence. This includes personal care, meal times, and activities, while also offering a listening ear to those who need it most.

Even if you have no previous professional care experience, we will provide all necessary training and development to help you excel in your role, whether in care, housekeeping, catering, or activities. Training will include on-the-job learning through NVQ’s and QCF’s.
