The Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring the care team, supporting with care planning and compliance, completing audits, ensuring regulatory standards are met, and building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals. About You I’m looking for someone who is an experienced Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager within residential or dementia care, confident in leading teams and driving high standards, and knowledgeable of CQC regulations. You’ll be passionate, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding care. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential; Level 5 is desirable or you should be willing to work towards it.
