The role
As a Property Manager (Leasehold), within the Residential Management Team, you are the face of Redwing. You will be responsible for managing a property portfolio that includes multiple tenure types including Leasehold, Shared Ownership and Commercial properties.
You will provide an effective and responsive management service to customers and other key stakeholders reaching the highest possible standard of customer care.
You will also deliver the Home Ownership services for your patch including Right to Buy / Right to Acquire applications, Shared Ownership staircasing, Lease Extensions, management packs for leasehold properties and the coordination of Equity Loan redemption.
The right fit
* 2 years’ experience in the property/housing industry is essential.
* Experience of working in a customer focused environment dealing with residential property matters.
* Experience of managing Lease Extensions, Staircasing and Shared Ownership sales is desirable.
* You must drive and have access to your own vehicle.
* Wanting to join a motivated, fast paced and dynamic team.
* Experience of preparation and monitoring of service charge budgets.
* A lateral and innovative thinker with problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
* You have excellent communication and time management skills.
* Good IT skills with Microsoft Office suite.
