Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in Epsom as well as: Guildford, Crawley, Redhill & Horley.
The Role
* UPVC Window Fitting & Multi Trade OR general multi trade works – Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting
* Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Maintenance work
* Receive & complete works via PDA device
* Work safely in accordance with H&S
* Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving
Skills & Experience
* Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
* Full UK Drivers License
* Social Housing experience preferred
