The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (or equivalent teaching qualification).
* Have a strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography.
* Be able to teach across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).
* Demonstrate a commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour management.
* Be reflective, resilient, and ready to contribute positively to school life.
* Value diversity, inclusion, and the potential in every learner.
