Beeches is a 12-bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable, and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Offering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach tailored to each individual
2. Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
3. Learning about individuals' specific needs and providing appropriate assistance
4. Assisting with medical and welfare needs
5. Reporting on medical and welfare needs as required
6. Safeguarding
7. Maintaining a safe, clean environment for all
