Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time Dental Nurse Assessor (15 hours per week) to join the School of Dental Nursing at Birmingham Dental Hospital. The role involves the delivery and assessment of Dental Nursing apprenticeships.
Responsibilities
* Deliver and assess Dental Nursing apprenticeships.
* Collaborate closely with fellow Dental Nurse Assessors, Lead Dental Nurse Tutor, Dental Nurse Tutors, Dental Matrons, and the Dental Nurse Management Team.
* Work with the Learning and Development Team, clinical staff, and students to support learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experienced Dental Nurse with recognised assessment qualification.
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
* Strong assessment and teaching skills.
* Ability to work part-time (15 hours per week) and commit to scheduled teaching sessions.
Location
Birmingham Dental Hospital, Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
