Due to continued growth, we require a highly skilled Lead Fabricator with experience in the Motorsport Industry to join our small team and support a range of exciting projects. We are looking for a well organised individual with a fine attention to detail and good communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading hands-on fabrication of bespoke motorsport components
* Interpreting and working from CAD and detailed engineering drawings
* Collaborating with engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time
* Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
* Helping to identify and implement process improvements
Essential Skills:
* TIG and MIG welding (Steel & Aluminium) to a high standard
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Motorsport fabrication
* Tubular and sheetmetal fabrication expertise
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Advantageous Skills:
* CNC machinery operation (press brake, mill, lathe)
* CAD software experience
* FARO arm CMM/inspection experience
* Roll cage installation
* Titanium welding
