Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer internal and external examinations in line with awarding body regulations
* Work with the Exams Manager to plan the exams for the following academic year
* Support the Exams Manager with inspections
* Download and record students results and process post‑exam service requests
* Prepare exam timetables, seating plans and exam materials
* Liaise with curriculum staff, students, invigilators and external awarding bodies
* Maintain accurate student and examination records
* Support the training of exam invigilators
* Ensure all exams are conducted securely, fairly and efficiently
Additional Responsibilities and Requirements
* Travel between campuses as required to support exam delivery
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to work calmly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment, particularly during peak exam periods
* Strong administrative and IT skills, including experience with data systems and spreadsheets
* Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Flexible, reliable and able to manage competing deadlines
* Previous experience in exams or education is desirable, but not essential
