We are looking for a Technical Installer to join our team in the West Bromwich area. You will play a key role in installing and maintaining our washroom and water management products while delivering excellent customer service and upholding our company values.
The Technical Installer role at phs will involve:
1. Installing, maintaining and repairing water management systems, flow savers and water-saving devices
2. Delivering high standards of customer service on-site
3. Managing your own stock and equipment effectively
4. Working independently and as part of a wider team
5. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company and legal standards
The ideal candidate for a Technical Installer at phs will have:
6. Plumbing experience or related technical background
7. Good time management and organisational skills
8. Experience using power tools
9. Basic computer literacy for job updates and reporting
10. A strong commitment to safety and compliance
11. A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
12. No more than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements within the last 5 years
Desirable:
13. Experience working with water systems or drainage
14. Previous field-based or installation experience
