About the Job:
Position: Graduate Applications Developer (Low-Code Platform)
Location: Bridgend, Wales
Starting Salary: £25,000
Start Dates (two intakes):
- Immediate start
- January 2026
Application Requirements:
* Minimum 2:1 University Degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths)
* An interest in building a career as a low-code applications developer; upskilling on a prestigious enterprise platform (no coding experience required, but understanding of coding languages may be beneficial)
* Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the program
* Grayce is not on the UK Border Agency's Sponsor Register and cannot sponsor visas for international applicants
* Must live within commuting distance of Bridgend and be willing to remain in the area long-term
* Ability to work onsite at least three days a week; relocation support available if needed

As a Grayce Analyst, you will be deployed to our client to join their Product Engineering team as a Pega Applications Developer.
Pega is a low-code platform that enables rapid design, build, and deployment of applications involving workflow automation and AI decisioning, without coding.
This role offers a long-term career path.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Gather requirements from senior stakeholders to understand business needs and create user stories
* Work effectively in agile project teams with project managers, business analysts, UX designers, testers, and product owners
* Develop Pega workflows across various business lines (Underwriting, London Market, Trade Credit, Financial Lines, etc.)
* Work on Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Management Systems
* Pursue Pega qualifications through structured courses provided by the client
