Charity Administrator – Band 3
£28,011 - £30,230 (Full time permanent)
About the Role
The Administrator post provides general administrative support to the NHS Grampian Charity team and undertakes the day-to-day administrative duties and tasks of the charity.
Responsibilities
* Manage post mail and the email inbox, and all supporter and grant-holder correspondence.
* Deal with first line enquiries from donors, supporters and fund applicants, including inputting data to systems, databases and spreadsheets and maintaining records.
* Organise and support team meetings, activities and events, taking minutes and notes and handling enquiries and bookings.
Qualifications
* Experience in all aspects of general office administration.
* Previous experience working with and supporting a small team of multi-disciplinary staff.
* Fully IT literate with established experience of using IT systems and databases.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to act as a frontline ambassador for the charity.
Interview Dates
Interviews to be held on Thursday 30 April and Friday 1 May.
Additional Information
As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
