About the Role: The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and leading the school’s inclusion strategy, ensuring that all students particularly those with SEND, EAL, and social or emotional needs receive the support and guidance necessary to thrive. Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Inclusion Manager will be instrumental in removing barriers to learning and promoting an inclusive culture across the school.
