We are looking for a confident, customer-focusedSlot Hostto join our Electronic Gaming team. You'll be the friendly face of the slots floor, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring the smooth running of all electronic gaming operations and providing the highest level of customer service. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in using slot machines and electronic games. Provide guidance on gameplay, machine features, and promotions. Monitor the slots area to ensure machines are functioning correctly. Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Liaise with the technical, security, and gaming teams as needed. What We're Looking For You must have one year of experience working as a Slot Host in a similar environment. Confidence using technology and explaining it to others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, approachable, and professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. You must be over 18 years of age.
