Moving quickly and thoughtfully to convert enquiries into confirmed business. You know timing and follow-up matter. Creating bespoke proposals that reflect the guest's vision while showcasing what makes our hotel special. Upselling and cross-selling in a way that feels natural, helpful, and genuinely guest-focused. Confidently negotiating rates and packages to balance guest delight with strong commercial outcomes. Bringing Events to Life Coordinating events from planning through to delivery, ensuring every detail is captured and communicated. Being the calm, capable point of contact guests trust - especially when plans evolve (as they often do). Adapting on the fly to changing needs, last-minute requests, or creative curveballs. Making sure contracts, function sheets, and billing are accurate, timely, and stress-free. Working Hand-in-Hand with Operations Collaborating closely with our Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Housekeeping teams - because great events are a team sport. Communicating clearly, early, and often so everyone is set up for success. Translating guest expectations into operational reality, without losing the magic. Spotting potential issues before they arise and working together to solve them. Being Commercial (and Proud of It) Actively looking for opportunities to generate revenue - repeat business, referrals, creative packaging, and upselling. Tracking enquiries, conversions, and revenue with pride and accountability. Keeping our sales systems and CRM beautifully up to date (details matter here). Sharing market insights and ideas that help us evolve and grow. Who You Are Naturally warm, engaging, and authentic - people feel comfortable with you quickly. Experience We're Looking For Previous experience in sales, events, or coordination within hospitality (boutique or luxury experience is a big plus). A proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed business. Confidence working with high-end guests and bespoke requests.
