ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Catering Assistants work in our Partner (employee) dining rooms at various Partnership locations. You will provide excellent service to fellow Partners, ensuring a positive catering experience through food preparation, presentation, and supporting catering tasks such as stock replenishment and storage of deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work as a team to ensure smooth catering service.
2. Provide positive Partner interactions with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
3. Follow procedures and instructions in accordance with the 'Health and Safety at Work Act' and 'Food Safety Act'.
4. Ensure stock is replenished and available for customers.
5. Reduce food wastage by rotating food stock carefully.
6. Act promptly and use your initiative to resolve operational issues.
Maintain personal hygiene standards.
Essential Skills/Experience
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
* Previous catering experience.
* Experience in a customer-facing environment.
Desirable Skills/Experience
* Food Safety Level 2 & 3.
* Additional Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

* Pay: £13.60 (£13.85 after 90 days)
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Hours: Part-Time, 15 hours/week (Saturday 07:00-15:00, Sunday 06:00-14:00)
* Location: Coulsdon DFC, 11 Ullswater Crescent, London, CR5 2HR
