We are a small, customer-focused team providing healthcare supplies to patients. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support our regional dispensing centre, ensuring high standards of service to patients and healthcare professionals.
Working Hours & Location
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Easily accessible city centre location

Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in person, building rapport with customers and supporting community nurses.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding patient records and orders.
* Accurately input and process orders, paying attention to product codes and quantities.
* Maintain patient confidentiality while updating files and databases.
* Book appointments and delivery dates for patients and nurses.
* Resolve queries to a satisfactory conclusion.
* Maintain sufficient stock levels within the branch.
Skills & Experience
* Recent customer care experience, preferably in an operational setting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to build effective working relationships and deliver excellent customer care.
* A positive, 'can do' attitude with an organized and tidy approach to work.
* Strong administration skills and adherence to operational guidelines.
* Proficiency in keyboard skills and Microsoft Office, with keen attention to detail.
* Healthcare sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
