Location
Across Patchway & surrounding areas. A valid full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential. Travel expenses are covered and mileage paid at 43p per mile.
Pay
£14.50 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for evenings and weekend hours.
Hours
Up to 25 hours per week on a rota basis, including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.

About the Role
This dual role combines personal care and domestic services. You’ll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Manager to deliver bespoke personal and lifestyle services. This includes assisting with personal care, household tasks, offering companionship and supporting wellbeing activities, and ensuring communal areas are clean.
This mobile, field‑based role requires traveling between our developments. Parking is available at each site.
Key Responsibilities
* Support individual homeowners with personalised care, daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance; offer domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and managing household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas within developments to a high standard.
* Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and attending appointments.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a care environment is ideal; a level 2 health and social care qualification is desirable but not essential as training can be provided. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time‑management abilities are required.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work the rota, including early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
