Youwillachievethisbymanagingyourowntimeinaproductive,efficientandvalueformoneywayastoensurethatallKPIsaremet;co-ordinatingwithintheteamtoensurethatallworksarecompletedwithacando,firsttimefixethos;executeallworkstoahighquality,andasdetailedwithintheinitialworksorders;whilstprovidingexcellentCustomerSatisfactionthroughdetailed. Daytoday,youwillbeexpectedto: MultiTraderdeliverasectorleading,residentfocused,andefficientrepairsandmaintenanceservicedevelopedinassociationwithourresidents. carryoutrepairsandmaintenanceinaccordancewithcurrentBuildingRegulations,HealthandSafetyLegislationandAssociationtimescales. leadonregulation/legislationchangesandupdatesandensurethattheorganisationisalwaysfullycompliant. carryoutallworksinaccordancewithpolicy,procedure,guidelines,andbuildingregulations. completeallnecessarydigitalworksorders/paperworkontimeandtotherequiredstandard. carryouttests,surveys,andinspections,andsubmitdetailedreportsasandwhenrequested. ensureallrepairsarecompletedwithintargetresponsetimestoahighstandardmeetingtheexpectationsoftheorganisation,ourresidents,leaseholders,colleagues,andpartnersalike. Anysuccessfulcandidatewillbeaddedtothe24-houremergencyserviceprovisionasandwhenrequiredthroughafairandsystematicrota,aspercontractualobligation.
