Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and growing property department. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex transactions.
The role offers exposure to a varied mix of commercial property work and provides the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Handling landlord and tenant matters including leases and renewals
* Acting on commercial property development transactions
* Drafting and negotiating property-related legal documentation
* Supporting senior solicitors and partners on complex matters
* Maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent client care
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in Commercial Property
* Experience managing a commercial property caseload
* Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
* Strong communication and client care abilities
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to work
