Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will: Provide support for the HRBP team by taking responsibility for specific areas of HR administration and processes As go to person, provide 1 st line HR support and advice on employment law including grievance, disciplinary, absence, maternity/paternity leave, flexible working etc Support HR Business Partner to develop and review internal processes to streamline and maximise efficiencies whilst maintaining excellent customer service Work with HR Business Partner on HR policy development including revising existing policies and developing new ones ensuring best practice Provide advice on terms and conditions Prepare guidance and support briefings for managers on specific policies when required Assist HR Business Partner team on significant projects We are looking for a candidate: Educated to Degree level and/or HR experience and CIPD qualification Significant experience of HR policy development as well as guidance and briefings for managers Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with good time management skills, well able to meet deadlines essential Significant experience and knowledge of advising on a range of HR processes and policies Good understanding of Employment Law and its application to HR policies and procedures Good knowledge of HR management information systems Excellent communication skills Highly proficient in the use of MS Office suite and HR Systems ADZN1_UKTJ
