Salary: Upto £60,000
About the Role:
You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the asset, ensuring excellence in every aspect of facilities and building management. Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations across the building, ensuring world-class delivery of FM services in a complex, multi-tenant environment.
Oversee and elevate the public realm, ensuring it is well-maintained, vibrant, and inviting.
Manage and motivate a dedicated on-site team, driving a high-performance culture.
Act as the primary point of contact for all tenant relations – building trusted relationships and ensuring first-class customer service.
Champion compliance across all statutory regulations, including health & safety, fire safety, and environmental obligations.
Identify opportunities for improvement across the asset, from operational delivery to physical upgrades – driving value and improving perception.
Engage with key stakeholders including owners, tenants, service partners, and the wider community.
About You:
Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior FM leader within a prestigious commercial property, ideally with public realm responsibilities.
Technically astute with a strong understanding of building systems, compliance, and contractor management.
A confident communicator with demonstrable success in tenant engagement and service excellence.
Energetic and proactive, with a passion for revitalising and transforming spaces.
A natural leader with a collaborative style and the ability to inspire teams.
