Your experience You have experience working as a Contracts Manager within construction, ideally across industrial or commercial fit out environments. Managing several live projects at the same time is something you are already comfortable with. You understand construction programmes, cost control and how to keep projects on track. You know how to manage subcontractors, procurement schedules and site teams without creating unnecessary noise. You likely hold SMSTS and a CSCS card at management level. First Aid is useful although not essential.
